The cost of treatment may vary for each patient depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of treatment and each of your available payment options before your visit begins so that you can make the best choice for you or your family.

Cancellation
Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. No-show appointments may result in a fee.

The no-show fee for an established patient is $50
The no-show fee for a new patient is $100

PRIVATE PAY

If your insurance is not accepted at our practice, a private pay option is available. Please inquire within our office for alternative solutions.
