Cancellation
Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. No-show appointments may result in a fee.

The no-show fee for an established patient is $50
The no-show fee for a new patient is $100

PRIVATE PAY

If your insurance is not accepted at our practice, a private pay option is available. Please inquire within our office for alternative solutions.
